If You are thinking of buying or selling a home, you need look no further than Rosemary Allison. Rosemary recently sold our home in the Santa Rosa Valley. Rosemary had the most comprehensive publicity campaign one could imagine with numerous magazine articles month after month complete with fantastic photos. She prepared a fabulous full color high quality brochure, & advertisements on the kiosk in the mall. Furthermore, she is well versed on the availably of homes in numerous neighborhoods, and the price comparisons thereof. Rosemary is incredibly enthusiastic, professional, positive and a pleasure to work with. What’s more, she listens to your questions and ideas and acts accordingly. In addition, Rosemary is amazingly philanthropic and supportive of numerous charities and foundations. No! You can not top Rosemary Allison when it comes to buying or selling a home.

Our experience with Rosemary was nothing but Positive and Pleasant. The quality of work in assisting us throughout the process, preparing the home for listing & marketing, scheduling and handling showings, negotiating and dealing with the actual Sale (Contract & Escrow processes) was simply First Class. Her Team did top notch work assisting us and in staging the home. Her photographer did Perfect work, I was truly amazed at how he captured every room and setting from the best possible vantage point, the images & drone shots were gorgeous, and the presentation with music was stunningly beautiful. The Matterport or Virtual Tour was also done to perfection, and both photographers were super pleasant, considerate and professional. Rosemary prepared, produced and published top quality Marketing Material, including a Hard Brochure handout, Full Cover Photo and Full Page Ad in the Star Homes, Full Cover Photo & 4 Page Story with Photos in Homes & Land, Full Back Cover & Full Inside Cover & Full Page Ad in Westlake Magazine. There were many other Ads as well, and the listing was pushed to a really large number of Online Real Estate Sites, many more than I had time to look for or knew about. Her Marketing work was simply excellent and very widespread. It was very important to us that we could communicate easily and promptly with our Agent, Rosemary did this exceedingly well and reliably. We learned very quickly that she normally took calls and/or fielded questions by text or email, immediately. If she could not, she always gave a quick response letting us know she would get back to us, and then did so very promptly, we never wondered or waited to hear from her. Our process was extremely interesting and actually quite involved, and at least a bit complicated, with less knowledgeable guidance, it would have been very difficult if not impossible for us to have achieved what was quite literally a Perfect (and some) result. The bottom line is that Rosemary understood the unique circumstances occurring in real time and was able to give us counsel and guidance, which as events unfolded proved to be 100% correct and very fortuitous, not only on the Sale of our Home, but on other important related considerations we were dealing with. She was always on top of it, and literally always knew what was really occurring. Rosemary was (is) always working, she simply does not stop working. In summary, we had a really large number of showings, 3 very good Offers, 2 Contracts & Escrows, and Closed at Full Price ($1.7M ALL Cash) in less than 80 days. Just wanted to express our gratitude for a really nice job Rosemary Allison did selling our home for us. I do believe it is a more difficult task to market and sell the higher end homes in a slow sellers market. It also takes a special skill set to deliver results in a timely manner.
